Measurements of thermophysical properties of composite C/C SiC. Isotherms of 25C, 50C, -15C were chosen. A test of data reproducibility was made using last isotherm of 25 C. Pulse width ranges from 0.4 up to 0.8 sec. Two energies of the heat pulse were used. Data are taken on specimen having thickness of 10mm and diameter 10mm Plots of thermal diffusivity, specific heat and thermal conductivity were constructed using one-point evaluation procedure and statistical data analysis..

Thermophysical analysis  of rubber. A combination of non-isotherms and iso therms was chosen. Data are taken on specimen having thickness of 4 mm and diameter 25 mm. Heat pulse width is 10 s and heat pulse energy 4.7* 104 W m-2. A hysteresis in thermophysical parameters was found. A combination of various plots can be constructed using procedure of data analysis and graphical presentation of the experimental data.


Study of material ageing. A  non-isothermal regime was used to find the changes of the thermophy- sical parameters of materials within the range of 30 up to 120C. Specific heat, thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity are among parameters that are related to the thermodynamic and to the heat transport of the material skeleton. This procedure was applied for study of the  ageing of pharmaceutical tablets made of AVICEL that were compacted from powder. Heating and cooling rate of 0.05 K/min was chosen. Data are taken on specimen having thickness of 4 mm and diameter 14 mm.

Investigation of the sintering processes of E-Glass. A set of specimen was prepared that are sintered in various time periods at 790C. Then measurements of thermophysical parameters were performed at room temperatures. The deviations from equilibrium values of the specific heat were found. The deviations are connected with the structure that is created in the particle boundaries regions.

Investigation of the phase transition of PbCsCl3 single crystal within the range from 40 up to 120C.  Reversibility of the structural changes was studied. The heating and cooling rate of 0.02 K/min was chosen. A complicated phase transition was found around 40C. Detailed plots show typical l - point of the specific heat and a complicated dip of the thermal diffusivity.

Study of the Martensitic transformation in NiTiCu alloy. The alloy belongs to the shape memory materials. Two kind of measurements were performed namely a measurements using heating and cooling rate of 0.05K/min and a measurement using a combination of the isotherms and non-isotherms regime.

Temperature dependence of the thermophysical parameters of Porofen (Phenolic foam) as a function of temperature. Data are obtained on specimen having cross-section of 150x150 mm and thickness of 23 mm. Every point represent 5 measurements.
